Season And Time

Season & Time is a property development company based in Salmon Arm, BC. We design, build and market high quality affordable communities for the mid-price range market that are near lakes, golf courses, ski hills and other recreational activities in the North Okanagan and Shuswap Lake area.

We contracted Acme to develop our SugarCRM installation as a core part of our marketing program and regional sales support.

Working closely with Jay Brown of Acme to develop and implement the system, and train our staff was a rewarding experience. Issues that came up during the process were handled with efficiency, timeliness, consideration and good humour. Acme also provided insightful business and marketing advice relating to how we implemented SugarCRM that was valuable, showing us the correct path to go down, rather than having us dictate what we wanted out of ignorance of the product.

How We Did It...

We implemented the web lead capture process and supporting workflow and helped standardize their email templates. Our training emphasized Season & Time process and helped their staff adapt to the new system as smoothly as possible.
