How We Did It...

Acme used SugarCRM Professional as the framework and developed several custom modules to provide the exact data structures and functionality required. The Joomla! content management system was then used to extend specific functionality to a specific external audience. Acme was able to develop and deploy the solution in a staged manner allowing Priority Solutions to realize benefits very quickly while continuing development.
