Acme Systemic Results has been contracted to implement Sugar CRM at our casinos to manage our VIP Clients. First of all, we chose Sugar for our CRM not only for its Standard CRM Functions, but for its customization abilities. We required a CRM to include our Casinos Business Processes, which were all Custom Modules, programmed by Jay and his team.

As for Jay Brown, from the commencement of the project to present day, I have found him to be very organized, analytical, time line driven. His method of managing a project is very structured; from the project discovery stage, needs analysis, stake holder meetings, programming, Implementation to Project Update reports and Documentation.

Jay will hold regular meetings to update everyone on project updates. All project tasks are documented and \ or revised according to requirements. Jay and his team are receptive \ proactive in terms of problem solving and will deliver a solution that is of benefit to the project.

I have found Acme to be very open with all aspects of the project; their response, reliability and commitment to the client is outstanding.

How We Did It...

SugarCRM Professional was an ideal choice because of its core functionality and its capacity to be extended and Acme's core custom development capabilities were a key part of the solution. We took Gateway's requirements and designed a solution and implemented it at an operational level to support customer service staff. We used custom modules as well as scripting to integrate with several different systems including a central data warehouse, magnetic card printers, parking and vending systems. Along the way, some needs changed and we adapated the solution to accommodate new ideas and requirements.

Gateway's SugarCRM solution is now the central hub for VIP Client services and ties together their three feature properties in the Lower Mainland giving them unprecedented capabilities for delivering superior customer service without boundaries. With the operational foundation in place, we anticipate working with Gateway on the next phase of customer-oriented solutions. We enthusiastically share Gateway's dedication to service and are very pleased to help them serve their clients.
